need a new spring

where can i get a new leaf spring for an old leverlock
the spring is 3 inches long and an 1/8 wide

thanks for any input

Try having your local Gunsmith or Blacksmith make one if no other possibilities are available. [There are people on this forum that could most likely do it but I'm not "volunteering" anyone].

Have you tried contacting SKM or Knifeshop, they might not have any, but maybe point you in the right direction. Good luck...

GOT IN TOUCH WITH KNIFESHOP AND THEY ARE SENDING ME ONE THEY THINK MAY FIT

ANYONE KNOW WHO COULD PUT SCALES ON THIS FOR ME OR IS IT EASY TO DO YOUR SELF

Elsewhere on this forum someone posted a link to Ragtimered's website. Instructions for replacing the spring can be found there as well.

i did see that, i also tried to email him but the address must be old
in his german leverlock page my knife is there the blade is different but it says springer on the bottom bolster i tried to email him thought he might hook me up with a spring

WHAT A NICE JOB HE DID TO
I NOW HAVE AN OLD NEW KNIFE THAT WILL LAST FOR YEARS
HE EVEN SHINED THE SUCKER UP LOOKS AWESOME
