I've seen a water/corn starch mixture you could push your fist into [SLOWLY] and it had the consistancy of very wet mud. If you tried to punch it your fist wouldn't go in a 1/4 inch. The harder you punched the harder it felt.
With all the high tech synthetics and composites they have this should be possible and expensive [to the taxpayer] :shock: ].
