Very nice! The Cold Steels knives made in Japan is of very high quality. Now I think they moved most production to Taiwan.

Thank you very much for your nice words! I really appreciate it!
U.S.A, Japan, South Africa, China, India, Italy and Taiwan are countries where Cold Steel have got production.
They say that Taiwan make nice blades but I haven´t hold a blade from there in my hand yet so I do not know by own experience so to speak.
What I do know is that I do not like the plastic "Secure x" sheaths... I am old fashioned and want real leather sheaths. Therefore I only collect old blades made in the U.S.A and Japan.
Mr Lynn Thompson have sold his company so where the production will be in the future I guess not many know for the moment.

Nice tanto Hombre.

I've had a Boker Magnum auto tanto since '95 with a Taiwanese blade.
Very good quality blade that I used a lot when I was house painting; there's nothing handier than a good auto when you're 30 feet up a ladder with only one hand free.
