Shapleigh Knife

I came by this knife at a yard sale for a minimal amount of money. 10 inch blade Shapliegh Bowie style knife. Are these knives common??

No picture has appeared of the blade.
I think shapleigh knives were sold from 1843 onwards and are marked so on the blade but I'm not well up on these.
Try and post a picture by attaching files at the bottom of the post.
I still have trouble after 9 months ,but you can download from a phone album or phone camera as long as the file isn't too large.
Ive seen shapleigh marked old butcher type knives but not a bowie knife.
Welcome anyway and I hope you find out more.
