@Spidergear: do you make these Agitator Dagger OTF knives yourself or do you have them manufactured in China ?

I bought a Kyocera Ceramic 4.5-inch Utility Knife couple months ago and haven't been disappointed. DEFINITELY recommend this little guy!

Well, I was told that ceramic knives are dishwasher friendly

A folding ceramic/abs slip joint folder with an overall open length of 7.25 inches. Cheap like a budgie. Pivot is stiff. 4 for a saw buck out of HK in 7 colors. Pictured with a Buck 110 lite lockback for scale.

My wife bought a ceramic knife set by Heim Concept. I prefer the normal steel knives.
