Perca [Yellow Perch]
Perca è il genere e la specie di pesce hanno fatto riferimento a come il pesce persico, o il pesce persico a volte giallo, un gruppo di proprietà di pesce d'acqua dolce al Percidae di famiglia. Il pesce persico, di cui ci sono tre specie nelle aree diverse geografiche, presta il loro nome a un grand'ordine di vertebrati: il Perciformes, dal pesce persico di significato di perke di greco e la forma di significato di forma latina.

Although they look pretty similar to our yellow perch, the European perch is actually an entirely different species. Our yellow perch Perca flavescens commonly get up to 12 inches and 1/4-1 pound with the world record being 4 pounds 3 ounces, while the European perch Perca fluviatilis typically get up to 17 inches and 2-4 pounds with the world record being 6 pounds 6 ounces.
That would make a big sandwich
