Hi everyone. Looking for a certain knife and was hoping that someone would know where I could buy it. Salmon knife (XONI on the blade) by Sabatier.

Thanks seagull, but its a heavy-duty, serated knife that is 17 1/2" long. I got it years ago from Lee Valley and they no longer sell it. I was on google and that is how I happened here. Would appreciate any help in finding another one.

The knife is a 4 star elephant emblem with a 11 1/2" blade.

Thanks for the site but no that's not the knife. The length is correct but that one is more for thinly cutting through filets whereas mine is for cutting through the bones of salmon and halibut when making steaks. Its blade is deeply serated. But I did send them an email so maybe they will have one. Much appreciate the help.

Welcome Metric. This site carries the 4 elephant brand knives by Sabatier, but didn't see a salmon filet type knife.
