Introduction

Post by JayAK80 »

Hello talkblade forum members, I just wanted to take a moment and introduce myself. I just got into switchblade collecting about a month ago, so I’m still learning and have a long way to go. I’m in my mid/late 30s, so I might be considered a younger guy in this hobby. I’m fascinated with all things mechanical.

I’ve visitied this forum everyday since I found it about 4 weeks ago, I must say this place is a wealth of information. I’m primarily into Italian switchblades (modern and vintage), and customs. I’ve had a lot of help from some nice folks here both directly and indirectly, through your posts and emails. I’d like to say a special thanks to Dave Sause, for sharing with me and helping me on this new journey. I look forward to learning more about knives, collecting, and contributing photos and information in the future.

Thanks,

Jay

Hi Bill! I have to say, I’m very fond of the leverletto. It seems I’m addicted to collecting them. I’ve yet to add a 9” (plus) model, but I’m sure it’s in my future. It is a beautiful design and great for having custom scale work done.

Great to meet you!
