New Kid
Hi, all; I got into this kind of through the side door I guess; I've always wanted a Stiletto but I live in a country that prohibits the importation of them.
Then a miracle happened; I was at my Reverend type duties one day and noticed several small packages on my desk. They turned out to be parts of a Chinese made Stiletto kit with a very Italian sounding name. I can only think that Chinese Italians made it. I had a lot of fun building the Kit and since then several more have inexplicably appeared.
As is seemingly in fashion in the world of Stilettos, I suspect I have more than one personalty and my Alter Ego may have a hand in these mysterious packages.
Ive noted some people in the Stiletto Scene seem to have several personalities, often at odds with each other but it seems having various personalities is very convenient for shifting blame and being able to 'mouth off' and then re-assume your more rational 'nice guy' personality to avoid consequences.
Whatever my alter ego is doing to aquire these kits and parts, he (or she) is keeping me busy and I'm content to convince myself the good Lord is providing me with
good works to do and to further the 'Glorious New Age of the Stiletto'.
I might poke my head up occasionally to ask for Guidence of your Gurus here and perhaps to relate amusing anecdotes and observations of some of the more colourful characters in the Wonderful World of Stilettos.
Blessings to all.
The Reverend.

Re: New Kid
Thanks for that Bill; there are lot of theories about certain individuals who appear, disappear, are sent packing, turn up elsewhere, etc.
I dont like gossip and I've read the rules so I wont be using your forum to belittle anyone and thats not what Im about anyway.
I have no political alignment with anyone here or elsewhere, I really am a 'new kid' and a little amused at some of the goings on - at a distance and in a neutral corner.
I tend to give people a go until they prove themselves to be idiots.
Suffice to say that contraversy can be a good way to advertise.
Where I am choices are limited so we have to deal with the people who will deal with us.
If we could deal with nice people only it would be a happier world but that is not always reality.
I am a budding Knife Builder and can see there are good people here with experience to share.
So for me, 'Its about the Knives' and friends we would not otherwise meet.
Blessings to all
