New member/ Question

Post by Krab-E »

G'day all. Long time listener, first time posting. I read somewhere (here) that the forged Du Buois' have their springs fitted stateside. Does anyone know the validity of this?

Could be, but only if they are slip-ins of some kind requiring no dis-assembly. Apparently these knives are not the easiest to work on as I understand from someone who has had some apart.

Greetings and WELCOMENESS, Mr. Krab-E!

I have a half-dozen Due Buois and I would say they are shipped fully assembled. I'm certainly no expert so I wouldn't bet my fighting/racing camel's life onnit...

I suggest you contact Due Buoi's U.S. representative, Wayne Clifton, for confirmation.

Thanx for the warm welcome & quick response all. Mr JerrBerr, do you really race your fighting camel?

That's a big negatory on that one, Mr. Krab-E. Alas, my good buddy, Stoney, the camel, has retired from racing and fighting, as have I...
