Another lurker....
I've been reading here a while and finally figured I'd chime in. I live in Kenmore NY,outside of Buffalo. Huge fan of the Sabres and Bills and ...switchblades!! My Dad took one from me many years ago but I'm grown now and have a few of my own. I am most interested in the Italian style. Lots of good info but some very disturbing political discourse. Not my thing so I will not comment. Looking forward to learning.

Just discovered this thread. Hey Strongleft. We are neighbours. I'm in Toronto. With you on the Bills but I'm a long suffering Leafs fan. Often go to Buffalo on a Friday night and stay at the Marriott in Amherst. Try to take in a Sabres Game and a Bills Game on Sunday. Love Buffalo. Also gotta agree with you about the politics but a lot of the members here probably think all Canucks are pinko commies anyway. I'm actually quite conservative for a Canadian. Maybe we can meet up someday and have a beer and some of those wings.
