Minor upgrade in forum software
Hello!
We just made a bugfix upgrade of the forum software. We should now have a more stable TalkBlade, however please post here should you find something strange or which doesn't work.
The BlackDiamond "dark" theme has now been removed, as not so supported by the authors, and used only by 29 out of 1922 TalkBlade users.

Too bad the 29 are the only contributors to the forum...The BlackDiamond "dark" theme has now been removed, as not so supported by the authors, and used only by 29 out of 1922 TalkBlade users.

I hope that they can find something suitable for people with light sensitive eyes. The two options now are just too bright.

Re: Minor upgrade in forum software
Hello all!
Since it seems many of you really prefer a black theme, I looked for an alternative since BlackDiamond is not available for the latest version of the software.
I found and installed Black Pearl, which looks nice to me. To use it, just go into your User control panel and then choose Board preferences on the left menu. You'll find the selection of the theme among the other options.
The feel of this theme is a bit different than the default prosilver (or BlackDiamond which was, basically, a prosilver with changed colours). This is more alike the subsilver2 TalkBlade theme.
Let me know you comments. Needless to say, should BlackDiamond become available in an updated fashion, I'll make sure to offer it as an option as well.
Talk to you soon,
M.

Much better, and it seems to have put the avatars back on the left where they belong!
