thanks jamie. i havent looked around the site much but from what i have seen so far i like it. i need to upload a few new pictures of my stacked leather washer knife since i put the mustard and vinegar patina on the blade. when it warms up outside (and if my hands quit hurting) i'm going to make another leather washer handle knife but not quite as big. if anyone has any questions, needs any help or wants to see a different picture of any knife on my website i'll be glad to answer any questions or email pictures. here is my email address. rje196021@gmail.com

i'll post some picks soon but my picture taking ability isnt the greatest. here are a couple of links to a collaboration knife i started to raise money for a bladeforum member who was badly burned last year. he passed away in november so the money raised is being donated to the visiting angels in the town where he lived. jim cooper (sharp by coop took the pictures)
http://www.fototime.com/DB3B880F8D2E892/orig.jpg http://www.fototime.com/D6BA2284B3AB9CA/orig.jpg gabe newell, the member who submitted the winning bid contacted me this evening to let me know he sent a check for $1000 to the visiting angels even though his bid was $500. he made my evening when he told me that.

i have another knife that i'm making myself that he offered to buy so it wont be going up for auction. i still have to get the blade engraved and attach the handle. if i can take some decent pictures today i'll post some of how it looks so far. it will be a take apart knife just like the other one. matt cook from bladeforums done a fine job on the handle and sheath for the collaboration knife. he lives in portland oregon and goes by pinoy knife on the forum. i tried to find some pictures of his work but his website must be down. here is his email address in case anyone wants to contact him. lockwiz@juno.com
he is also a locksmith if anybody is in need of one.

yes it is a chisel grind. i'm making a knife myself that i was going to auction off but gabe newell said he will take it too. its a chisel grind similar to this one but with an elk antler handle, i will post a better picture of it at my website. i was working on it some this evening and its getting closeer to being done.
all my knives are chisel grinds except for a few on my website. the stacked leather washer handle knife is a chisel grind also. i posted a link to it yesterday.
