Hello, and thanks for a great site.

Hi folks,

I'm new to your site, but not exactly new to the world of fine cutlery...okay, I lied!! After reading through here I have come to the conclusion that I'm a noob. Been messing around with knives since I was about 6 yrs. old. This site has helped to to make a recent purchase decision, and boy am I glad I found this before I bought!! I wanted one of those "unobtanium" blades so badly...well, you all probly know how it is. Anyway, just wanted to thank everyone here for inadvertently saving my hide on that deal. :D I did find it strange however that every single one of those "unobtanium" pieces are out of stock. Not just the extra special ones, but ALL of those pieces. Oh, and their forum, which I recently joined, is now apparently defunct. It all makes so much sence now. 8)

Thanks again,

xlr8
Oh God, that knife has a spring in it!! Everybody RUN!!!!!

Actually, switchbladeknifeshop.com had exacly what I was looking for. Should be here in a few days, so I'll post pics when it arrives. Supposed to be an 11" snakewood dagger blade. I can also vouch for this fella Stu that you folks seem to be so fond of. I recieved an 11" dark horn from him a couple of weeks ago, no problems at all. :D
