very nice knives Dunc i like the ring pull better than the lever release myself, ill bet the ring pull version will sell out faster than the levers , also with the ring it looks more (period correct) like the oval button hunter model knives from the 1950's or 1960's which is what these knives were modeled after. these new oval button hunters are of great quality and made with quality materials which with good care ie oil etc... should last a lifetime.
