About 20 years ago I bought several knives that look just like the bottom two, assuming the quality would be spectacularly low, as they were inexpensive and the disdain in the community for clones was high. My plan was to give them away as jokes. I was stunned as how well they are made and how well they function, and still have a few. The plans for the joke fizzled as the knives are actually quite nice, although I do think the the etch on the blade claiming 440 C steel is a joke. I think they are a clone of an American otf, possible a Paragon, not sure as I'm not an otf guy. If they are as mine, the buyer is likely in for a pleasant surprise. Anyway,, chime in button_man if you feel the knives are not that well made, but they look identical to mine and remember them as being widely available.

I saw the gut who was selling a box load of these he found. You have a good price for them. The square box like ones are the Tomb Raider style from the movie. All China made but good working OTFs.

As to dating, It is more like very late 90s to 2000++

I meant to say "Asian" but wrote China. I don't think China is marking them as Taiwan yet, but it would not surprise me as they are coping the Cold Steel TiLite which is made in Taiwan and they are selling them with the marking of the real TiLite, so who knows....

Here are the Tomb Raiders ( without the finger rings installed) .
