AKC Shell Pullers - last pieces

I have a few AKC Shell Pullers available.

One last dark horn, 5 with cocobolo scales and one last light horn. The one with light horn is not fully operational, will not open all the way and the liners have dent on the bottom. This one will go for 50% of the regular price.

If you get this post reply, I want the dark horn shell puller if still available? Will pay the $99.00 plus pp fee with shipping included. Lastly need to know 2 things: First- How to access the pay recepient in U.S. dollars on the pp format. Explain it to me exactly. Do I go to send to family and friends abroad?
