I never did get to post a pic of mine that Terry was nice enough to do all the footwork to pass along a great knife at a great savings. Thanks again Terry!

Sorry to bring up this older thread...but did you see this?? https://www.ebay.com/itm/Rare-Italy-Kni ... rk:11:pf:0

...So, are we talkin' a German piece, counterfeited by Asians (most likely?) with our Bill DeShivs name on the blade? Won at a blade show? Well, "RARE" he got right!!

Probably the best deal now is to get them through this seller on ebay...Looks like around $37.50 shipped from Germany.

This is better than I could get them before. The seller, Achim Hacker, is a stand up guy who I highly recommend.

Did we discuss if there was a difference between the etching variation? I'm assuming they came from the same place? (We all know what that means...) Or are we just walther fans?
Looking for those un-repairable, lost cause stilettos.

When they first came out they were only marked Walther...Lately the other variants have been showing up with a different etch and the scales missing the Walther scales....The only place I could locate the first ones was Germany so I thought they were of German manufacture. Now I'm not so sure....
