Wanted to buy :British jack /paratrooper knife

Post by gravknife »

I hope im allowed to post this here.
Apologies to mods .as this isnt a switchblade.

Hello all
I have been after this knife for many years and since i cant buy many switches from the US i thought i'd put the feelers out for a knife i've wanted for a very long time.

Its an SOE/paratrooper knife with tyre slasher blade ,or without.
The italians bought a lot of them and they are partially responsible for the maniago cottage industry i believe.
I have many ww1 /2 jack knives but this would be special.

If anyone has one i'd be grateful for a pm and very interested in buying it ,or if they could keep their eyes peeled i'd be very geateful.

Thanks for taking a look.

Ian

Thanks Jim
I love my military knives like yourself.

I could kick myself for not buying these years ago as they are somewhat scarcer now.

I hope your well mate ,just missed out on a paratrooper by Schrade ,would have been my 1st American switchblade.
and it looked in good condition, devastated :)
Pm me anytime mate.

if the seller wont ship to your country I'd bid on it for you and ship it to you if you win. but first ask seller if he will mail directly to you .

Thanks Terry and Ken
I have found someone to bid ,you lot on TB are all "good uns".

I have had this problem before on ebay and never had anyone to bid .
The knife is very close to me as I owned one many years ago and found it difficult to replace.

Thanks for the help as usual from members here I may be able to get one.
Best to all here at TB, the most helpful knife forum.
