Collection estate sale

Post by daveofthenorth »

This collection is from the estate of a person who was a member here. He passed away in April. He was my good friend and I am trying to sell these for his daughter. Please bear in mind that these are in Canada. I would prefer to sell the whole lot at once, no idea of the value, will take best offer by Dec. 23/10.

If no offers by then they will be donated to the local authorities.

All of these knives work when you press the button. The one with the wavy blade is not a switchblade.

Some are in better shape than others.

Pictures and descriptions as follows, ballpoint pen shown for size reference.

First Group:Italian type knives... 1 mini inox , 2 mini rostfrei , 1 super stiletto, 1 large heavy wood handle , 1 with antler handle and decoration on the back spine, 1 folding knife with elephant stamp on blade, 1 old looking with wavy blade Romo Italy (not a switchblade)

It's sad to hear about the passing of a fellow member. What was his screen name?

I too am sad Dave has passed.

Some years ago I sold him the Schrade with the brown jigged bone scales (front broken). During the transaction, he moved and the item was sent to his old address. For some reason, Postes Canada returned it to me. That knife crossed the border three times unscathed before he finally got it.

Thank you
Unlike the newbie I will offer my sincere condolences instead of attempting to "pick over the spoils" of a man's life with his extremely tasteless and crass post. His first post as a matter of fact. Think I'm pissed off TimNY? You bet.

Thanks Vagrant. Much appreciated by all I'm sure. Didn't mean to hijack the thread but I was so pissed I couldn't help it.
