I've designed this knife with a tad longuer handle so its blade could be used on its entirety when cutting meat on Asados or BBQs, but as I also wanted it to be usable when eating the meat on the plate, I've dropped the blade a bit, resulting in a really useful knife.
I'm now offering this knife model for $175 shipped and PayPal'd, waiting time 2-3 months.
