Giovanni blades are notoriously razor sharp
I think it was how he made them

Just wondering what makes this one of his knives? There are many sharp stilettos out there....

The stamp on the knife. It’s his trademark. Each Beltrame usually has a way of marking the knife
Armondo
Renzo
Giovanni
Frank
Etc.
plus I got it from Italy and the seller confirmed as well.
This one has a bit more history as was made during the 80s during a steel mill crisis with whatever parts they could get.

And like I say Giovanni has very sharp tip
It’s the tip grind that really gives it away too
Most moderns are really rounded and not sharp at all.

I have some new 2.0 but not as sharp
I did cut myself on a buck knife at a store. Amazing how sharp some of those are
