WTB Frank B. 11" black horn humpback

Post by Scotchman »

Anyone got one of these they would like to sell? I would really like a limited ed. but, will take a regular one. New to like new condition in good shape and working order. Something around $250.00 or under.

They had my interest at one time as well Scott. But, I had heard from one owner that he didn't like the coil spring action of them. Maybe it was just his, but not sure. I hadn't even realized they weren't "traditional" leaf springs. I'll keep my eye out for you.

Thanks Chris. Menseffects had one limited ed. for I think $251.99 and I wish I bought it. I would have been pretty much broke for the month but at least I would have had it. Also I don't really play with my knives, more as a collection.

The coil spring hump backs have a totally different feel than the leaf springs. Nothing wrong with them, just feel different.

I own this one. Really hard to find. I do not know what kind of horn it is. Different then anything I have ever seen. Very unique. Sorry, not for sale.

I think that is the French horn that Walt sells. I'm normally not a fan of it but that stuff looks great. It rarely has the solid white areas like that one.
