What year(s) were the Latama Flatguards made? Were they during Walt's time at helm?

Just talked with Walt yesterday at the Mystic knife show, sounds like there will be no more picklocks until further notice, meaning also probably no flatguards ... unless somehow they make a flatguard swivel... The good news is that there will be more 9'' Walt's stilettos as soon as next month!
