Had one of these in my hand back in 1968 in Korea, a KNP had it and wanted $30.00 for it, and I only wanted to give him $25.00,

Sounds like you missed a good deal! If I could only have kept some of the things I sold.

Missed the deal of a lifetime sammy, that one on auction sold for $79.000 :(

In all honesty that could bring a grown man to tears.

This is nothing near that level but around 81/82 I had a mint Belgian Browning 12 gauge auto loader and sold it to my Granddad for a 100 dollar bill.
It was a special edition with gorgeous walnut just to add insult to injury.

But damn Pete :shock:
