Several things in play here- There are a lot of people involved,incompetent investigators or no one is really trying that hard.
I mean seriously how hard is to track down the server,retrieve the info and make your case?
Even if she destroyed her hard drive that alone is tampering with evidence.
If it's computer savvy or lack of then just get an 8 year old Chinese girl,she will nail Hilary in a few minutes
