A little advice

Postby Veech12 » Sun Nov 11, 2012 3:39 pm

Well you’ve lost again. You are of course free to whine, and cry,and blame everyone but yourselves…but that won’t help. The candidates were a huge joke as I think you now realize yourselves. They were proven unelectable and unworthy every time you thought you had a savior. For most conservatives it was simply a matter of anyone but the black guy. Understandable. You can no longer pretend minorities are not part of the mix. You can still hate and fear them in places like this, but you have to find a way to include them. Buying bullets.. LOL! is not the answer either. Do you really think busloads of brown people are coming with guns to disrupt your lives? When your political idols are Rush,Ted Nugent, and Donald Trump….you truly have to take a step back. When the place you get the majority of your “fair and balanced” news fails you, perhaps you should consider that perhaps that right wing slant is way more than they pretended. Conservatism will never return to the 1950’s we all grew up with. I know you hate the word, but evolution includes society as well. Leave it to Beaver and Ozzie and Harriet are now just old TV shows. I hope I haven’t hurt vagrants feelings to the point of being banned again as I really believe you should hear some of these things. Lastly, don’t feel god has forsaken you. It just is what it is.
A recommendation…appoint someone, anyone that can recognize what constitutes racist comments since most of you seem blissfully unaware. Perhaps the young Dark, or Jarvis, Switchman1, or JimD. They might be able to point things out to some of you in a way that won’t hurt your feelings. You may be able to inject some new blood into this place, it wouldn’t hurt the gop, and it could only help this forum.

As long as the republicrats ignore people like Marco Rubio, and Allen West, the results are predictable :(
The entire stupidcrats [combined] can not equal the courage and patriotism of Allen West :!:

Mr. Veech, peace brother. I truly don't like politics but I am also in tune to reality.
It really doesn't matter who makes president, our country is in trouble and that's it.
As a nation we have failed ourselves by becoming divided and over complicating issues.
I have to laugh when people discuss racism. Hell man the world has had racism long before time began,it will always be alive and well.

I didn't want Big O for president(in 08) but when he made it I didn't want him to fail,I wanted him to be the best damn president in history.
If he can keep us out of war, keep the country from going bankrupt and our society from collapsing I will vote him in for a third term
The man never once announced an agenda leaving many people to believe we are in for another four years of the same.

But those are long shots. I would like to see him bring factories and businesses back to the USA and put very strict limitations on China and what China sends over here.
Like to see him do something about Mexico, such as help them with their drug and violence problems because it's our problem.
We should be focused on this reality because it's on our doorstep and it's not going to remedy itself.
Our focus has been on the other side of the world for way too long and we ignore the issues right here in America.
He laughed and made fun of people in Arizona and Texas about their concerns,I found that not only tasteless and arrogant but despicable. those people see first hand just how out of control the violence and illegals are.
I have my doubts that the Big O got many votes from those folks.
If people don't see this as an enormous problem then that is just sad.
Look at Canada's borders,I read where a woman lived across the street from her sister in Canada and there is a yellow line (Can/US border) in the street and she walked to her sisters house and was arrested before she got to the door but they can transport 12 tons of cocaine, marijuana or meth across the Mex/US border no problem.

I think Canada may just be onto something there.

Mr. Narcissist,

Will you still hoist the "It's Bush's Fault" banner for the next 4 years? Of course you will.

It's not a question of race, it's all about what is right and what is wrong. The race card is what the whiner libs continue to play, after all, your prince in shiny armour, Jimmy Carter, championed the idea. Everytime someone dissagrees with your point of view, they are labled as racist homophobe bigots. What a pathetic way you live.

Mr. Viking is right, the left live in a fantasy world even though they know the real truth.

Adios,

Bonz

Well written, Veech. The main problem with your posts is that you only come here to rant. I'd think you would be banned more for that reason than any other.

Where do you get off telling us to hire someone else to promote your agenda? That's a little crazy, I think.

As long as social and ecconomic conservatism are wedded in an unhappy marriage, the problems with the marriage will be obvious to everyone. Once the ecconomic "conservatives" can [at least] shack-up with libertarians , at election time, they will be an unstopable FORCE
A half mile down from me is a "couple" that live an alternative life-style. Does it hurt or affect me ? Hell no [but their politics do] ! If other conseratives could be MORE libertarian, and ignore their choice, the "other side" [left] would be a small minority  The liberals have perfected appealing to the lowest common denominator and the posts [every four years by our troll] prove it

Well, someone already opened the gate for me to use a certain four letter word, so Veech, Image

Nothing has been 'proven' other than most of the highly populous areas are full of idiots. No candidate was 'unelectable' but both major party candidates pose a danger to our country.

And you totally miss the point of what the ammunition is for. If you are simply so obtuse that you do not realize who it's for, I'm not going to explain it; rather I'm going to give you a moon pie and a chew toy and send you to the corner. I'll make sure I find one that squeaks so you can keep entertained.

And yes, leave it to beaver and ozzie and harriet are tv shows; in real life recalcitrant children like yourself would get the holy livin' puppy poop knocked out of them. And it's going to take a major catastrophe, but yes, we can return to our values. Each american has a duty to work, and conserve in a functional manner. Each american must strive to be an example for all americans. Only thusly will our more ignorant countrymen have a concept of how to comport themselves. I shouldn't be on the net. I should be out with my crosscut saw, bucking up firewood.

Finally, god does not play a part in my daily life. I was not raised to be devout, and looking from the outside in the whole concept doesn't make any sense to me. If we are to be so fatalistic as to suggest that the series of events is a curse, I counter by saying it's a blessing. Perhaps it is the impetus needed to make this whole farce fall apart like Archie's car going through the wash. If I have the fortitude to survive the privations, I shall have done my fair share to exterminate not races, nor religions, but those with a flawed view of society; people who wish to make me responsible for actions taken by other people, people who wish to blame technology for the actions of the user, people who believe in laws against something so simple as a sharpened piece of metal. Belief in continuing to inject debilitating stupidity into our society and culture is a true 'danger to society' and must be excised.

Furthermore, I'm ethnically Jewish. The day your pie hole can dribble out the words to call me racist will be the day I change into 29" pants because I'll laugh my ass off.

Tom

The majority of Americans support my agenda Tom. What I was suggesting is a moderate moderator with balls enough to call bullshat on racist comments. Police yourselves..it might be nice to have some new folks join up. I am thinking many of you folks may never have had a chance to understand how offensive comments can be. I'd suggest considering if someone like the vague rant would say some of the things he has said here if there was a person of color within hearing distance. I doubt it..it is a guideline to consider when judging if a comment is racist. Heviarti...kid? I am old enough to be your father sonny and was a member here in 1998. It didn't become a private playground until vaguerant was banned forever from TSF. It became truly ugly during Obama's run in 2008. There are too many smart people here to tolerate morons like Trump,Rush, ted Nugent and Honey Boo Boo to be your front runners. It is easy to think you are a majority when no one will ever give you an alternative point of view. Is that what you really want...just to go along with every crackpot statement that some folks spout? You don't seem like that kind of person. It is easy to slide along with what everyone else is saying...it takes guts to offer a different opinion when you are not part of the majority.

One, I don't think I've heard anything that classifies as racist. Plenty of people here are xenophobic, and that's fine. Some amount of xenophobia is healthy. With that being said, I've done plenty more than 'worked with a colored feller'. I have had plenty of opportunities to deal with people of differing ethnicities, and different cultures. I have found that people function in the way they were raised. Stereotypes come to be for a reason.

Secondly, if I am going along with the crowd it is in such a way that I am trying not to seem too rabidly national to them. I think the rest of the forum might react badly if I suggested butchering the impending onslaught of socialist schmucks and eating them infront of their lines. People might think me a little too extreme. I'm being nice. You ask zeropage how much a savage I am when I am released from the chains of etiquette. Ask him about the guy I nearly beheaded with a chainsaw because he wouldn't stop peeing on my tires like dog. Again, I am being cordial for the rest of the forum, not to please you.

Hmm this is an interesting thread....

I will say my views on the economy is definitely more conservative...and generally with most things political..i have been leaning that way.

But, I will say i believe the republican party has to drop their hardline stance on the social issues that obviously aren't winning. Like just one example...gay marriage. I have absolutely no care if gays get married it doesn't effect me one iota. I believe it shouldn't even be a political issue. Same with abortion, a woman getting an abortion affects me 0%....there are a few others as well.

What SHOULD be important is stuff like the economy, national securty....the BIG issues. I believe the republicans keep losing is because they won't drop the ''hardline'' positions on like what i said, the social issues. Most of which seem stem from religion.

If they would drop the issue on a few things, stopped trying to control peoples right...and focused on what actually important...i really think they could win. I think their fiscal policy and plans of that nature would be far better for the country.

For the record;
Mods are selected by other Mods and approved by the Administrartor.
Jim D is a Mod
Any Mod can ban trolls [as they see fit].
I have repeatedly defended the right of semi-trolls/semi-members to post [as they see fit].
How long will others listen to me, when semi-trolls/semi-members only post socialist cow-dung?
It is not the duty of semi-trolls/semi-members to suggest/select Mods
