There should also be IQ tests for the people running for office. Plus lie detectors and maybe a little water boarding. 8)

Good idea but what about the currently dead voters? Also what would be the IQ threshold? Perhaps mid-level moron.That would eliminate most of the urban population! :D

Since a Scottish Border Collie takes weeks/months, to learn hand signals and Rommel [the wonder dog] responds with NO training, I'd expect mid-Rommel level I.Q. :wink: This would still be more exclusive than mid-level moron :idea:
