haven't clicked the link yet. but it looks to be one of those stainless ebay swords. I'm guessing... aluminum saya and grind that looks like this ^ if you want a real sword, http://www.swordarmory.com/katanas/1207gt.htm I've handled these before and they're quite light. but cut very well. good sword for the price.

Greats sites, but here's another that offers affordable hand made katanas. Bought one of the Shinken and even my Sensei was impressed with the quality. They have a nice weigth and feel to them.

I practice ishiyamaryu batto jutsu, under McCartney sensei. ishiyamaryu is kinda a mix of iaijutsu toyamaryu and alot of other stuff. we train through kata, tomeshigiri (test cutting) and we do some goshinken (duels with padded swords) been doin it for 4 years and I'm getting ready to test again soon.
