Great knife demoniclese love that overall shape . 
Premier a knife importer from America 1921 -1965 ..Countries they bought from include Italy Germany and England maybe more .Seen jack knives and penknives with the P.C emblem .
Your knife looks from the 60s but cant be sure some real good info on" all about pocket knives ".
