I see that Armando has a Standard Blade in ATS-34 steel available for the Picklock. I'd be more than happy to carry one of these in my shirt pocket! It will hold an edge, and with a set of Real Horn scales, It would be handsome to boot! I LIKE it! Good on ya, Armando! Good on ya!

Keep it up, Kid!

You're the "one out back taking a leak." Now THAT'S articulate, and socially adept!

Claudester - "give me a brake!!!!!" Will that be disc, drum, or a simple hand-friction brake? (Remember: Its how YOU spelled it, not me.)

Well,
back to subject.

I got mine today - the one with polished standard blade and stag scales.

To tell the truth, this is the worst knife I ever got from SKM / AB.
At first: I've been told picklocks are pain in the a** to close. Well, my fishtail isn't but this is.
And then: there's quite a big gasp between the back spring and the liners - I can easily put a sheet of paper there.
And - I think - because of the gasp, the backspring is tilted and off-centre.

(Maybe back in the good-old-days the finish wasn't so important, the more important was the realibility?)

So: as a showpiece (and under a glass) this works just fine.

But after all this told / said, this one is a keeper, for sure. No question about that.

Looks like Mr. Nosepick Dicklick decided to give us another chance, fellers... Don'cha feel 'honored?'

I guess we're supposed to forget what a 'World Class' PRICK he was last time...

Goddamn you're a shit stirrer! And what's with your stupid, childish way of always putting "ness" on the end of words? What? Are you trying to be funny? You're not, at all, and your annoying. Get a computer moron. I don't care how long you've been here, it doesn't change stupid, that's for sure.

The guy has some serious Chutzpah!

Methinks "somebody" [read 'whacked-out,' troublemaking TROLL] is trying to send us a message. To wit, "I'm Baaaaaaaack!"

Can you imagine being haunted by this for all these years? How pathetic!

Too many days spent in a lonely border guard shack thinking about that lost fishtail picklock, and WHAMO, something snaps, it was bound to happen sooner or later
