Welcome, Sclark. Received a SandShark for Christmas and this thing is built like a tank. If you are willing to dish out the price, this is the otf to get.

Mr. sclark,

What's the dif? Once you get one in your greedy little hands, you'll be ordering more anyways.

Check out this site for a Sandshark. http://www.1sks.com I think they've got 'em in stock. They sell for $525.00 but they're worth every penny! Here is an ad for one that is used but is $100.00 cheaper. http://www.bladeforums.com/forums/showt ... did=233057
Good luck.

Get the Microtech Ultratech... I got one for 325.00 6 months ago and it is the best EDC knife I ever had. I am sure you can get it cheaper now....

Sclark,
I know nothing of OTF knifes, but from the picture, it looks as though it says 'stainless stell' on the side. Do you really want a knife from a company that can't even spell 'steel'? I'm just prejudiced, though. The writing on the handle just isn't a classy look.

Kublai,

I too would have reservations about buying from a company that makes knives with the word "steel" spelled incorrectly.

Some countries copy anything. At a Gun Show I once saw a "Broomhandle Wauser".
