Coricama 13 inch sold on ebay

Post by orangeboy »

Anyone else see it? The scales looked gorgeous, but it had alot of rust/discoloration.

Scales were egg nogg white, with the red dot safety, and Kriss blade. I'm told it's only one of two known 13 Kriss blade Coricamas. (There is only one know 11 inch Kriss coricama).

Here are the awful pix from the guy:

I added photos above, so everyone can see it. The final price was $1,250. After about a $500 restoration it should looks excellent.

No, I have already spent too much this summer on antique picklocks, I would have had to sell a number of mine to buy it. It would have been hard to give up a 5 or more knives for just one knife, and I didn't have the time to sell all of them and then buy it.

If I had tons of cash I would have been all over it.

It was bought by a knife maker in Calif., so it will be fixed up nice I'm sure.

Is it true there is only one known 11 inch coricama kriss knife ? I am very new to this. Seems like any model would be replicated by the company unless it was custom made for someone. By the way. I happen to have one.
