What are the opinions of having the Latama sent out for a cleaning/spa treatment? Keep it as is? How would the value be affected?

This is always the owners choice .

If you are happy with how it looks leave it be ,if you want it clean as near to new as possible send it to Bill.

I personally think the knife is in great original condition and hasn't any issues with blade shape ,scales ,bolsters etc and it oozes character . Some collectors and buyers prefer this to be the case,others like clean and shiny its all down to owners tastes .

Hope this helps a little but it's down to you in the end .
