Few transitionals

Post by gravknife »

Heres a few transitionals I have acquired over my short collecting time.

They are all D stamped liners ,nickel silver bolsters, etc.and all fire fast with a good lock up

The oldest I think is the 9" bayonet bladed example ,which is marked INOX .Its a really nice build quality knife .

The others all 7" are a stag rostfrei ,Cjul Herbertz 2, A cracked ice Rostfrei patent ,and a Lizard import is the smallest example.at 6".

Love the transitionals hope others can post their examples.

Thanks Eric ,Tom and Roy and Bill .

The horn is beautiful on the bayonet bladed example .Love the yellowing outlined by the black .

I will probably never own a Latama ,Coricama etc now I cant buy knives so this one is a bit special to me.

Hope your all well.

Nice and those early 1960s knives are comparable in quality to the picklocks from the 1950s. I wish they would make them of that quality again.
