For me the giveaways are the "Rostfrei" stamp combined with the distinct blade stop/back spring.
It has no broad lock head, so not a pick lock or swivel bolster. And there is no lock release anywhere in the spine of the handle like on a swing guard.

There is a slot visible in the blade when partially opened ,it enables locking by a tab ,instead of the usual sear pin which engages in the hole in the blade of a usual suspect switchblade.
