Millern- very nice job, but those parts are Chinese counterfeit parts.

About 6 years ago, I bought a “Massaro shell puller kit” with a Damascus blade from the now-defunct switchblade kits website. It was sold in parts with no pins.
Mine went together well. I used only pins and I attached jigged mesquite scales made from some scrap that my late father had.

I, of course, have no way of knowing whether Massaro ever sold genuine parts to that company. The blade was unmarked. I added a swedge to the blade because I thought it improved the look a bit! Otherwise, it closely resembles your Sharper Deals knife.
Whatever the origin of the parts, I like how the knife turned out!

Millern, that’s almost identical to the knife I have. You did a good job putting it together and adding that swedge. But like Bill said, it is from China. Switchblade kits site? This wouldn’t happen to be one of the sites of the infamous JB aka Mr. Roadside Imports, would it?

Wonder what ever happened to jb, he was a piece of work. Didn't seem to be happy unless he was stirring the pot.

I only have 1 GOM stamp in my collection, thanks to a friend here, and for sure it's a well made little knife.

JB ran over some people, which caused an avalanche of problems for him. He's probably in jail.

Good place for him, he's probably liking it there from what I heard about him, 3 dollar bill if you're catching my drift.
