This knife I feel is a China made item. The seller states it is from Italy in the 1960s. Bill has already confirmed my China feeling but the seller states this knife is listed in the following book and page:

THEY ARE ILLUSTRATED IN RICHARD V. LANGSTON'S BOOK "THE COLLECTORS GUIDE TO SWITCHBLADE KNIVES" ON PAGE 186.

I don't have that book. Can someone check? thanks

The book came out almost 20 years ago. The information in it is dated, especially about non-US autos.

That looks as if it in an Asian adaptation of an Italian design.

SO the seller reworded the information after my emails. I still never saw an Italian model like this but he claims to have had one, so perhaps there was one but this one is a China model....
