ID help

Seller is saying this is a Spanish Knife. Can anyone verify if that is true from these photos. I know it has a square hole for the blade lock pin. Any rough idea on value?

It's spanish, I've seen some others with the square hole. Can't help you with value.

That Spanish factory must do all these "HellRaiser" type knives.
