Buck 110 Autos

Post by Mario »

Do the official factory made Buck 110 automatics use a leaf spring like the custom conversions or do they use a coil spring? Thanks!

Are there "factory made Buck 110 automatics"? I thought they were all conversions.

Buck started making factory original 110 autos a couple years ago.

Thanks folks! I managed to avoid acquiring one of the conversions up to now, but now that Buck makes an automatic that may change. I chuckled at their product review icons - anvils

The factory made ones are coil fired , Personally I prefer the conversions with leaf springs and dual open, I'm sure eventually I will cave and grab one 😀

Factory are coil springs. Well made and the sheath that comes with them is specially made to protect the button from being pressed while in the sheath. The Pro model is really nice.

The ones from the "orient" have crap for steel and if they are marked with the Buck name then they are not clones but a counterfeit that hurts a old American company so please don't support that stuff....
