JulesVane , I saw those both very nice , kinda holding out for the 9 1/2 " version, i may call them and see if they have one . I have never met Barry but i did meet his father working a table at a show in Toledo about 5 years ago.

Gotta go with German for quality but Italian for design. I love the AGA Campolin offerings of the last few years. The are both... JB

That's beautiful. Reminds me of the Laguiole knives.
