thom ~ Thanks! It's sort of intimidating to see the vast array of knives exhibited here by more than a few collectors -- my own collection is very modest, and it's encouraging to hear a kind word. BTW, I picked up my very first vintage Latama at a flea market a couple weeks ago! It's pretty short (8") but all in great working condition, and you can't beat the price: $45 !! :D

Indeed an outstanding find for $45.

I bought a Coricama manual opener for $30 and a few months later a Black Beauty manual picklock for $25, both on eBay, I guess because everyone was asleep except me.

I would love to see some photos of knives you own or have owned.
I too bought a few knives off of Laura Veroli. Back in the days of Blade Auction, there really was a variety of cool vintage switchblade knives.

Yeah, my collecting kind of ground to a halt after that.

Trying to get pictures up a few at a time now. I have a photo of pattern knives that I'll post in Blade Pictures soon.

Was planning to do some nice setup photos with my digital SLR and a macro lens and some Italian-ish props, but it turned into such a big endeavor that I failed to get started. I do a lot of product photography at work, so when I'm at home I don't especially want to do more of it.

So I've just been taking photos with my phone, or posting the images that were used in the original auctions from Blade Auction or Sharper Deal.

This is my newest Frank B with Ram horn. Next to it is a classic Frank B both daggers! I much prefer the shape of the older ones!
