I don't recall seeing any 13" pls with swedge blades. Though, that could be the blade from a transitional put on a picklock handle that happened to have all the holes line up.

The price seems high to me. But it should still be worth a decent sum being a minty 13.” I think that seller hopes to get the opening price but offers a high buy out in case you gotta have it now!
