Looks like a Henckels made knife or possibly Union Cut Co. The big sized lever is a dead giveaway.

If you zoom in on pic 180.27, there looks like some etching on the blade? Or could be a reflection.

I truly wish I knew more about these German Springers. I'll be vacationing in Germany in September. Denmark. Sweden, Russia, But, I can't tell one from the other.

I agree that it probably is a Henckels.
