Shell Puller Conversion

Hey guys,
I was wondering if anyone knows who can do a nice quality shell puller conversion and that ships to Canada? I know Mr. Bill does beautiful work but he doesnt ship outside of the US so I was wondering if anyone else does? If you have any suggestions can you please let me know.

I thought that perhaps a member from the US may be able to assist. I travel through Canada from the US occasionally but not near Ottawa.

If all else fails, perhaps you could have Bill do the work and send it to someone in the US who then could ship it to you.
