Well I opened it in Edge and everything was perfect as it should be. Go figure.

Funny, but once I opened using Microsoft Edge, it started working with Google.

I strongly suggest good communication between bidder/buyer and seller. It's been my latest experience through communication with the seller that offers were not working (not able to accept) and at the end of the auction as high bidder, no invoice, no notification email of winning and item still listed as NOT sold though auction was closed. Just my personal experience.
