Thanks. I know nothing about these types of knives and google isn't being a big help.

I've never seen a tang stamp like it. I'm sure someone will be along that will be able to tell you more about it.

I have seen the tang stamp, but know nothing about it.
The knife appears to be a common Armando Beltrame knife.

The only really important thing is that it is an Italian Beltrame knife. The RIBI stamp doesn't mean much and wouldn't change anything about it's value.

Is it a shorter than normal blade? If so that is for the German-market. They left the blades on those a little shorter to get around the German laws.

Thanks JimBrown257. I'm not a collector and got this knife in a trade. I'm going to get rid of it soon...just don't want to give it away.

You can get the best prices (as a seller) on Ebay. Start the auction at $1 and leave it for a week. The only downside is Ebay removes a lot of them. So most regular collectors have had so many removals that we are on some list that makes our stuff get removed right away. But if you haven't sold knives on Ebay before, you will probably get lucky. Just don't use words like "switchblade" or "automatic" in the listing. And when the bids get high, keep track of the names of the bidders in case it does get removed. Then you can contact them and sell it.

Jeremy certainly knows his eBay tactics for sure! I imagine there's some way to set a reserve of some kind(?) I'm more of a buyer than seller. I sold ONE leverlock on the bay. Paid $65 for it and it sold for exactly $66!! In that very same week, another exact style sold for over $200. I found I didn't include proper "key words" like: Vintage or Italy, Italian, pocketknife, knife, even stiletto. My listing didn't even show up on MY common searches. I failed to hit the right audience.

Chris that was hysterical.. I’m much more of a buyer as well... the only time I tried to sell anything on eBay I lost money.
