Using Brasso On Horn

Will this work for polishing horn and is it safe? Thanks. Scott

I doubt it, I would stick to using paste wax or mink oil on horn!

Brasso might work if you use just a little and buff it briskly with a cloth, but Brasso will get into every crack and crevice on the knife, and dry to a white mess that is almost impossible to remove.
Horn is best polished on a slow buffing wheel, with the proper compound.
Otherwise, I suggest paste wax.
