Hi SwitchGear,
Vittorio Centa or Vito for short is the owner of Due Buoi. You can see his line of knives( etc at DueBuoi.it

John,
Are they still producing stilettos? Went on the site, saw the stilettos, but can't place order.
Do you know of any that are available?
Thanks,
Thom

Vittorio Centa with Due Buois. I have no idea what his position is with that company....
Hi,
Due Buoi is a family owned and operated company and Vito is the current owner. The company was started by his Great-Great Grandfather sometime in the mid to late 1800s. I hope Vito can pass his family’s business to his children. Dig through Due Buoi website and you’ll find an excellent selection of cutlery and more.

He is very hard to get a hold of. I wanted a spring for a lever lock. Because they are numbered and my customer asked for one . He tried for over a year to get a hold of him.. I emailed 2 weeks later Said he was making them. Month or so later they were being heat treated then he quit answering. Must be a very busy dude. Made my own spring customer is very happy.
