I believe some of our fine members do! Even a Renzo Pascotto stamped one. (Just can't recall who has them).

That might be a custom. A few people have the giant ones (some bigger than that even) and they look more similar to regular stilettos.

Edit: I just read the listing. The blade is from some existing knife (don't know what kind would have that blade) and the handle was made later.

That blade from another knife looks a lot like like a military bayonet blade to me with that blood groove .
Cool knife but seen many nicer examples ....one Bill de shivs was pictured with springs to mind..

Found these pictures on the forum.Two pictures of Bill De shivs holding a stunning horn italian monster knife.
I hope it is okay me posting these pics ,i was in awe of this knife when I joined TB.

these 2 pics are of Bill. the bottom pic when he started working on custom knives, the 1st pic was 2 weeks after the first pic was taken.
